If you are like many coffee drinkers out there that have contemplated getting a single cup coffee machine, you are probably asking, “Can I make my own coffee pods?” The answer is yeas and it is a very simple process too.

Find a measuring scoop which fits the pod tray perfectly. Then find a glass jar that can fit inside of the measuring scoop tightly. Grab some small coffee filters; like those for a 4-5 cup machine and you are ready to begin.

To make your own coffee pods, start off by centering the filter on the bottom of the glass jar and place the filter into the measuring cup. Twist the jar around a bit to make sure that the filter fits in the scoop tightly and then remove it.
